AI agents that ship.Agents that hold under load.Agents that earn their keep.Agents in production. Not pilots.
Agentic marketing, agentic development, and AI systems integration for operators and founders. Built in Dubai for the GCC and shipped remotely worldwide. Production work, not pilots.
We map the surface. Goals, constraints, current stack, the metric that proves the agent is earning its keep. Output is a one-page scope, not a proposal deck.
Common questions
What teams ask before they sign
Answers written for operators evaluating an engagement, not search engines.
What does agentic mean in practice, not in marketing copy?
Agentic means the system decides which tool to call, in what order, and when it has enough information to stop. It is not a chat box wired to your database. We design role boundaries, expose tools through MCP servers or function calling, instrument the loop with traces, and run evals on every change so behaviour stays inside the boundary you defined.
How is this different from running ChatGPT or Claude directly?
A raw model has no memory of your account state, no access to your internal tools, and no way to take action. Agentic systems wrap models in a tool-use ring, ground them in your data through RAG, and run them inside a workflow that can pause, retry, and resume. The work is in the wiring, the evals, and the observability — not the prompt.
Will my data leave my infrastructure?
Only if you choose. We deploy private LLMs on-premise or in your own cloud account when data residency, PDPL, or DIFC compliance demand it. When hosted models are acceptable, we route through a single gateway you control, log every call, and document the data path in writing.
How long until I see something running?
First demoable slice ships inside two weeks for most engagements. Discovery and architecture take roughly one week, then build runs in two-week vertical slices with a Friday demo at the end of each. You decide whether to extend after the first slice — there is no annual lock-in.
Who runs the agents in production once the build is done?
Your call. We hand over to your team with documentation, eval suites, and runbooks, or we stay on a monthly retainer to operate the system, watch the traces, and ship improvements. Both options use the same observability surface so handover later is a config change, not a rewrite.
How do you measure whether the agent is actually working?
Every engagement starts by agreeing on the metric that proves the agent is earning its keep — qualified meetings booked, support tickets deflected, hours saved, revenue attributed. Eval suites guard the behaviour, dashboards track the metric, and traces show the path from input to outcome. No vibes, no screenshots.
Do you work with companies outside Dubai and the GCC?
Yes. The studio is based in Dubai, with deep context on UAE, Saudi, and wider GCC operating realities. Most engagements are remote across Europe, North America, and Asia. The work and the cadence are the same regardless of geography — only the timezone overlap changes.
What stack do you build on?
Next.js and Node.js for the application surface, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and open-weights models like Llama and Mistral for the model layer. MCP servers for tool exposure, durable workflows for orchestration, and Postgres or DynamoDB depending on what you already run. We integrate with your stack rather than asking you to adopt ours.
